  2. Add ginger paste and saute till raw smell goes away..
  3. Now add besan in it and roast it until get golden colour..
  4. Add all dry ingredients in it and mix well. Switch off the gas and let ot cool completely..
  5. Wash chilies properly and make a cut vertically and fill masala..
  6. Heat oil in a pan and place all stuffed chilies in pan and cover it. Cook it on low flame..
  7. We can store it for a week and enjoy with our meals..
